The honest answer is that the risk is almost never physical. What goes wrong in this city is money taken in advance by somebody who was never going to send anyone, and photographs that belong to a woman who does not exist.
Both have the same defence. Pay nothing before she arrives, and ask for her photographs at the time of booking rather than trusting a page that could have been built two years ago.
